As a little girl growing up in Ukraine, Nadiya Savka always knew she wanted to be an artist. She went on to study at the Art Institute of Ukraine and received a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a major in painting. She graduated with honors on the Dean’s List. Nadiya continued her education at the Art Institute of Ukraine and completed her Master of Fine Arts. During her studies, Nadiya had her work displayed in different galleries, in corporate and private collections, and she received many awards for them.
Nadiya’s exceptional talent soon lead her to pursue her professional career in the United States. Today, she is still perfecting her talent by studying at the Art Institute of Chicago to receive her Certificate in Painting.
She completed the Polished Portfolio course at the Faux Finish School of Louisville, Kentucky and specializes in Faux Finishes.
Nadiya has had the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest artists working today. She joined the third annual “Weekend with the Masters” in California, where she attended drawing and painting master workshops for portrait, figure, still life. Along with landscape painters working in drawing media, oil, and watercolor.
